Assembly BOM Versions
Assembly BOM Versions can be configured for building assortments. These could be a mix for a parent child relationship or a flower basket. Items can be configured as Assemble-to-Order so Assembly Components are converted into the final item at the time of shipment. The Item and its Assembly Version can be attached to a Program. Programs can then be assigned to Program Hierarchies which are attached to Customers so the appropriate Assembly BOM Version is selected on the Sales Order.

| Code | A 20-character field to represent the Assembly BOM Version. |
| Version Description | A description of the Assembly BOM Version. |
| Item No. | The item that will be output for this Assembly BOM Version. |
| Default Variant Code | If this Assembly BOM Version is for a specific Variant, that Variant can be selected here. |
| Default Location Code | If the Assembly BOM Version applies for a specific Location, that Location can be selected here. |

| No. | The component Item or Resource. |
| Variant Code | The component Variant Code. |
| Description | The description of the Item or Resource. |
| Rule Code | The Rule Code for the component. Lines with the same Rule Code will have the Rule applied across them. |
| Rule Formula | The Rule Formula for the selected Rule Code. |
| Percentage | Enter the Percentage for lines with this Rule Code that this component makes up. A quantity per should automatically be entered when a percentage is entered. |
| Quantity Per | Enter in the quantity of the component that goes into making one of the output item. |
