Freight Calculations

Freight Calculations can be configured to determine how much freight to charge customers. Freight is charged by a percentage of the net amount on the sales order. So, the amount before taxes. Items can be configured to be excluded from the freight calculation.

The Freight Calculations page can be accessed from the search:

FIELD NAME	FUNCTION
Code	A 20-character code for the Freight Calculation.
Description	The description of the Freight Calculation.
The percentage of the net amount of the Sales Order to take to calculate freight.
Freight Min. Amount	The minimum amount of freight to charge.
Freight Max. Amount	The maximum amount of freight to charge.
